The WD4-125 is a high productivity electronic dynamic weigher ideal for citrus fruit. It may be combined to 4 packers simultaneously, with different weight ranges as well, at an average of 100 packs per minute. It may also weigh two different kinds of fruit (lemon and oranges for example) or two different calibres.
The WD4-125 has been designed without a recirculation belt so that those fruits excluded by one weigh out will remain on the cup until the following weight out.
Includes electronic, automatic panel with touch-screen, complete with video and keyboard to enter the functioning parameters (i.e. weight, tolerance).
It is composed of:
- Roller in feed system with canalisation and singulator
- Gentle loading system of fruits onto the conveying cups
- Weighing is carried out by double loading cell system
- Fruits are conveyed to pre-containing cups
- Four cups for each weigh out
- Four independent and gentle handling unloading belt conveyors
Suitable for: Packs from 500g to 5kg and fruit size 30 mm - 100mm
