That’s why we are here for our clients every day, with expert technical support services to keep systems running smoothly.
Technical Service Specialist
Our technicians execute in excess of 7,500 machine inspections each year, with 4,000 for kiwifruit customers alone. We service over 500 fruit labelling, strapping and packaging machines and more than 2,000 individual labelling heads. We have scheduled maintenance programmes for equipment and annual overhauls, while over 30,000 parts are replaced annually, by our team, ensuring equipment reliability.

We provide support for our systems with fully trained technicians and carry out installation, technical servicing and ongoing maintenance across the full range of packhouse equipment we offer.

Network
We have the biggest service network of its kind in New Zealand. We provide nationwide service coverage from Kaitaia to Central Otago, with operations in Tauranga, Hastings and Nelson. Our Tauranga service department covers the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland to suit or customers’ requirements.
After Hours Support
Our technical service is tailored to suit regional requirements, including after hours and weekend service where required.
Training
Jenkins Freshpac provides onsite training programmes for owners and operators of automation and machinery after installation, and as part of ongoing preventative maintenance.
Spare Parts
We are committed to supporting our customers, which is why we carry in excess of $500,000 worth of spare parts for our Sinclair and Sorma equipment.
