We have come to the end of another year, so I wanted to take the time to wish you joyful holidays and reveal our word of the year.
On reflection it has been one of the toughest years faced with Cyclone Gabrielle, along with other weather events being huge contributors to obstacles faced by the fresh produce industry.
As we wrap up this year, we'd like to share with you our chosen "Word of the Year." This word encapsulates the essence of what I believe makes the fresh produce industry so special and unique. Drumroll, please……

In the face of unprecedented challenges, we’ve witnessed the remarkable resilience of our industry and it’s truly inspiring to see how you have overcome obstacles and adapted to change. The holiday season is a time for reflection, gratitude, and connection so we hope you take this time to cherish the moments that matter most and celebrate the resilience that resides within each of you.
