When your tray presentation really matters, you can’t beat Sinclair’s new range of pattern labelling options.
Sinclair has recently realised a series of new tray labellers and have more under development. The new tray labellers are simple to operate with touchscreen pattern selection and automated height adjustment.
These new machines can also be integrated with packhouse software. For the large pattern labelling machines there is even vision recognition systems (VRS) available. Here, the VRS cameras recognises fruit location in the tray, automatically adjusts the labelling arms and fruit are labelled in the tray without the need to pre-set patterns. VRS technology allows multiple fruit sizes to be labelled on the same line with one labelling machine. With new fruit varieties arriving on a regular basis, in tray pattern labelling is a great option to help differentiate your product and optimise your fruit value.
