Network
We have the biggest service network of its kind in New Zealand. We provide nationwide service coverage from Kaitaia to Central Otago, with operations in Tauranga, Hastings and Nelson. Our Tauranga service department covers the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland to suit our customers’ requirements.
Service Specialists
We provide support for our systems with fully trained technicians who carry out installation, technical servicing and ongoing maintenance across the full range of packhouse equipment and automation we offer.
Our technicians execute in excess of 7,500 machine inspections each year, with 4,000 for kiwifruit customers alone. We service over 500 fruit labelling, strapping and packaging machines and more than 2,000 individual labelling heads.
We have scheduled maintenance programmes for equipment and annual overhauls, while over 30,000 parts are replaced annually by our team, ensuring equipment reliability.
Seamless Integration
All packaging and consumable products integrate seamlessly with automation and machinery supplied by Jenkins Freshpac Systems, delivering proven results and innovative, cost-effective solutions.
After Hours Support
Our technical service is tailored to suit regional requirements, including after hours and weekend service where required.
Training
Jenkins Freshpac Systems provide onsite training programs for owners and operators of automation and machinery after installation, and as part of ongoing preventative maintenance.
