BRT-134 Sormapack System (Fruits in line)
The machine has been designed for the packaging of fresh fruit and vegetables into net bags with thermally sealed plastic side bands, hollow-punched on the upper side of the bag, with a handle-function, width 50, 75 and 90 (thickness 90 micron).
- The machine carries two tubes holding the netting for an automatic change of tube, without stopping the machine, when the netting is finished onto the working tube, for peak efficiency
- Two measures of the tubes are available: internal diameter 90mm, and internal diameter 80mm
- The machine is equipped with an electronic printer/labeller which applies adhesive directly onto the side band
- To ensure the machines well-functioning, it is important to use appropriate netting in relation to the tubes diameter

The machine has been designed for the packaging of fresh fruit and vegetables into knitted netting Sormapack bags with 2 thermal sealed side plastic bands (75 – 90 – 120mm. wide), from the top to the bottom of the bag.
- This band customizes the produce as it can be printed with the logo of the packer and the information of the produce packed
- The hollow-punch in the upper side of the bag acts as handle
- Two tubes holding the netting (diameter 190 mm.) allow the automatic change of the tube, without stopping the machine, when the netting is finished onto the working tube. T
