Composed of:
- Flighted elevator belt with product accumulation hopper
- Vibratory plates to distribute the product across all channels
- 12 vibrating channels for singulation and control of the product
- Weighing system via 12 weighing hoppers (large capacity) with double opening flap
- Twin system with two conveyors belt to transfer product to downstream packing machine(s) and upper pre-containing paddles to eliminate residual product
- Electronic cabinet for the automatic functioning, complete with Touch-screen, for the setting-up of programs and working parameters, (weight, tolerance, etc.) and for the visualization of weighing data.
