The Arrival of Seriously Sustainable

Jenkins Freshpac are delighted to announce the arrival of the latest Sinclair fruit labelling innovation, the new EcoLabel®. The Sinclair EcoLabel® meets EN13432 and is independently certified by TUV Austria under OK compost and seedling certification. What makes this fruit label, the Sinclair EcoLabel®, especially unique is that the OK compost and Seedling certification is for the entire label construction – face stock, adhesive and inks. Pretty cool. The desire to achieve a more sustainable branding and label solution has been high on the agenda of the Sinclair team since 2008 so we are all super proud to have this product join our stable.

The Sinclair Innovation and R & D team have been exceptionally busy over recent times and are working on a range of new labelling innovations – fruit labels and equipment. We are lucky to have Sinclair’s Director of R & D, Scott Howarth out from Fresno California at the end of July and along with Tony Sayle, Jamie Lunam and myself will be delivering a series or Road Shows updating customers on the latest and greatest in the Sinclair fruit labelling world. Connecting with consumers, sustainability and clever traceability options will be a key focus of the seminars. The first event will at Mount Maunganui on 30th July. Unfortunately, we can’t get Scottie to all regions across NZ so will let customers know very soon where and when you can attend this event.
